Patrick Falkenberg took over the stables after the death of his great uncle. After selling most of the horses the business is now dept-free again.

Owner and Manager: Patrick Falkenberg
Location: Wintermoor, near Lüneburg Heath, Germany

Foundet 1928 by Eberhard Falkenberg the stables were one of the first partners in the newly founded Hanoverian Association. Back then the hanoverian horses were mainly bred for the use on farms.
After the II. Worldwar the stables were financial unsecure for many years they didtn play a role in the national breeding businesses. 1950 Frank Falkenberg took over the family business and restored it to a once again significant stable. He specialiced in hanoverian sports horses and his horses succeeded in all disciplines. For almost 4 centuries the stables were a name to be reckoned on. In the late 80s though the politic changes in Germany affected the stables hard - and at the age of 60 years Frank couldnt keep up the business and had quit the breeding business.

2010 Frank Falkenberg dies of old age. The stables are passed over to his great nephew Patrick. To bring the business into the blacks once again Patrick had to sell the remaining horses. Execpt for 12year old mare Rising Haze. She is mulish, hard to train, doesnt like humans and on top of everything she is pregant from an unknown stud.

Patrick studied Media Mangagement and after graduation he worked for various advertising agencies. He has no experience with horse or stables. But he is quite the whizzkid with economics and management. He hired the fully qualified groom Anna Wolf to take care of the horse. At the beginning the situation seem to demand to much of him - but he wouldnt be Patrick Falkenberg, if he wouldnt stand up to the challenge. So he will learn a lot in the next month - but never will he be a professionell jockey.

Anna worked for Frank Falkenberg before and knows the peculiarities of Rising Haze. She is responsible for the stabbles and teaches Patrick Riding and everything about the caring and keeping of horses.
